designated Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) and meet
the eligible expenditures. Up to a $50,000 Loan. |

Main Street Marshfield - Façade Grant :
Main Street Marshfield, Inc. has a grant program to provide incentive
to property owners and business owners in the Downtown properties.
These grants provide a means of initiating quality improvements to
downtown properties;
Eligible Projects:
- Façade restoration
- New color scheme
- Awning/canopy - new, repair or replacement
- Construction/improvements to rear entrance
- Re-opening of windows/window replacement
